There is something so pretty and touching about Kaiya and Joey’s wedding. From the first look, the meaningful ceremony at the Shakespeare Garden, to their celebration at the Green War Memorial Room, Kaiya and Joey married in San Francisco, one of the most romantic city in this country. I was elated when I had the chance to photograph a wedding in the heart of the city.
From the first client meeting, through the engagement session and the wedding, the couple was so graceful throughout the entire experience. Even meeting the bride felt like love at first sight. Kaiya had just graduated Law School and with her fiance slaving in residency at Stanford, the busy couple barely had time to plan their wedding together. Kaiya came alone for the first client consultation and in the end, it felt like two friends chatting over champagne. The couple hired me almost immediately after the first meeting. It wasn’t until their engagement session where I met Kaiya’s groom, Joey, for the first time! See their engagement session here.
See how their beautiful story came together.
