This was my 4th year attending WPPI and I must say this year was by far my favorite. I noticed attendance was lower than previous years but this was purely an observation based on how much shorter the lines were at Starbucks and the Food Courts. I didn’t have to wrestle the crowds on the trade show floor or stand in long pre-boarding lines for the classes like last year. I had a chance to thoroughly review products for my clients (new albums, new designs, new products for editing) and even attended some inspirational/motivational classes. Not only did I meet new photographers but I also had more time to bond and get to know vendors/photographers who used to be just acquaintances. Instead of just hugs and hellos in passing, I bonded over meals, shared excitement over winning the JACKPOT, and ending the night with sweet desserts and even dancing. Lots of memories were made and shared and I can’t wait to see what 2013 brings for all of us. Here are some photos taken with my iPhone and Lumix LX7. Enjoy!
One of my proud moments was seeing my clients’ engagement session printed on sample albums at the conference. =)
